| Black Forest Chocolate Cheesecake
Ingredients
1 & 1/2 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
3 tablespoon margarine or butter;
melted
16 ounces cream cheese; softened
1 14 ounce can Eagle Brand creamy chocolate sweetened condensed
milk
3 eggs
3 tablespoon cornstartch
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 21 ounce can cherry pie filling; chilled
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Combine crumbs and margarine; press
firmly on bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
2. In large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat
in sweetedned condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs, cornstarch, and almond
extract; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
3. Bake 55 minutes, or until center is set (center springs back
when touched with finger.)
4. Let pan cool for approximately 30 minutes
5. Chill for approximately 2 hours.
Top with cherry pie filling before serving.
Refrigerate leftovers.
