| Blackberry Soup
1 pint Fresh or frozen blackberries
drained
In saucepan, combine berries, sugar, water, lemons, cinnamon and
cloves and puree berry mixture in food processor. Strain through
sieve and chill.
Refrigerate. When ready to serve, add a small dollop of yogurt
to each bowl of soup and top with a berry or sprig of mint.
