| Jim's Salsa
16 Roma tomato's finely chopped
2 med/large red onions finely chopped
10 jalapeno's finely chopped
6 garlic cloves minced
1 bunch cilantro chopped
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups red wine vinegar
1/2 cup “Real Lemon”
2 teaspoons “Tony Charhare’s Creole Seasoning”
( I get it at Wal-Mart )
In a large mixing bowl/container, mix all ingredients. For best flavor,
refrigerate overnight before serving.
Freeze in serving size containers.
