1 stick butter
Melt butter in large frying pan on medium heat. Add Vodka and shrimp. Cook 3 - 4 minutes to burn off alcohol and cook shrimp. Add tomatoes and pepper flakes. Stir.
Taste for salt. Serve hot over penne. Cruise Critic Member: Krazy Kruizers Variation by Hammybee: I make my version of "the pink sauce", all the time.
