| Oven Baked Salmon
2 lbs. salmon fillet(s)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place 1 sheet of aluminum foil on a baking pan long enough for the length plus 1/2 inch of salmon fillet(s). Using a pastry brush, brush well the face up side of the foil. Place 1 salmon fillet skin down on foil and sprinkle with salt, pepper and dill. Place sliced lemons over the entire salmon fillet. Roll up and seal all edges of the foil so it seals and makes a tent over the top. Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit 10 minutes before unwrapping and serving.
